I’ve got a lot to do today, but I thought I’d post one of my favorite pics from the shoot I did yesterday evening with Weddingbee reader Kelly and her fiance Gary.

A few months ago I shot some photos of my brother and his girlfriend at his senior prom (she already finished her freshman year of college). His prom was held at the Everal Barn, the same place where Lin and I wed less than two months later!
My sister did Alexandra’s hair to go along with their vintage look.
These kids are SO adorable.
Alex’s pin stripe suit and hat were borrowed from a costume department and are the same ones he wore for his starring role as Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls.
(Yes, their names are Alex and Alex. The cuteness never ends!)

Lin and I spent a few hours at the North Market yesterday to prep for an engagement shoot later this week. The colors there are so vibrant! I love it!
Lin was nice enough to be my model so I could tell what kind of settings would be best for the light. Thanks, hon!
